A digital meeting place for information, service, and participation

The municipality of Bad Vöslau, known for its thermal springs and high quality of life, has completely revamped its website. The aim was to create a platform that offers real added value to both citizens and local businesses.

Website for greater citizen engagement and regional visibility

A platform has been created that not only informs, but also actively connects—with functional design, new opportunities for participation, and a strong focus on user-friendliness.

1.
Concept: The path to a service-oriented community platform
Together with the town of Bad Vöslau, we analyzed the requirements and target groups. The central question was: How can a municipal website really make everyday life easier for citizens? This resulted in a clear page structure with well-thought-out user flows—from quickly finding services to easy content maintenance by the administration.
2.
Design: Friendly, modern, and close to the city
We digitally refined the city's new corporate design and consistently translated it into a fresh web design. The color scheme, typography, and imagery are based on the city's identity—open, accessible, and authentic.
3.
Digital implementation in WordPress
The website was created using a custom-developed WordPress theme. Special features such as event submission and company page creation were seamlessly integrated—easy to use for citizens and flexible for administrators.

Maintenance & Further Development
Even after the launch, we will continue to support Bad Vöslau with technical support, ongoing maintenance, and scope for future expansions. After all, digital community communication is a process—not a project with an end point.
