Design and implementation of group wide UX and UI specifications
In eight years of collaboration, we supported the Generali Group Germany and its companies in establishing uniform UX and UI standards for their digital platforms:
- Development of a comprehensive “digital workplace” for sales and back office
- UX and UI design of >100 online applications (mainly insurance calculators, consulting software, internal communication, etc.) with a focus on usability-oriented, consistent user experience
- Development of group wide UX and UI guidelines
- Conception and design of several sales portals and the internal office portal
- 30 usability tests / acceptance checks / context interview
- UX and UI design of the group-wide intranet
