Your tasks.
You will develop branding & CD solutions as well as digital design systems in close collaboration with business analysts, UX experts and devs.
This includes
- Collaborative brand development
- Development of corporate design solutions
- Develop digital (UI) design systems in close collaboration with junior designers, business analysts, UX experts and developers for websites, apps and other digital platforms
- Creating interactive prototypes with the help of FIGMA
- Participation in workshops and focus groups with users
- Participation in stakeholder workshops and presentations
- Control and assurance of design quality throughout the entire project up to realisation
- Design documentation with the help of FIGMA
- Guidance and coaching for junior designers
What you should bring.
Your attitude is more important to us than your experience. But you do need solid UX/UI design know-how.
Responsibilities
- You have a sound education in the field of UX/UI design of web and app solutions and have several years of professional experience.
- You are proficient in common methods and tools in the field of UX/UI design.
- You have experience in communicating and working with large customers and have already successfully realised a number of major projects.
- You take responsibility and are team-orientated at the same time.
- You have basic expertise in other relevant disciplines of digital projects: e.g. digital accessibility, front-end development, SEO, online marketing.
- You have a good command of English.
