Your responsibilities.
You develop strategic concepts and UX designs for digital platforms in close collaboration with UI experts and developers. On smaller projects, you occasionally take on project management and client management.
This includes
- Development of strategic concepts and UX design for digital platforms (websites, apps, web applications)
- Conceptualization and moderation of stakeholder workshops and presentations.
- Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- UX Research: Conceptualization and execution of usability tests, acceptance tests, focus groups, etc.
- Quality assurance and monitoring of UX throughout the entire project lifecycle up to implementation.
- Mentoring and coaching junior UX experts.
- Project management and client management for smaller projects.
- Creation of concepts for pitch and proposal presentations.
What you should bring.
Your attitude is just as important to us as your know-how.
Responsibilities
- Sound education/training in UX design for web and app solutions, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Mastery of standard methods and tools in UX research and UX design.
- Good knowledge of digital accessibility.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with large clients, with a proven track record of successfully delivering major projects.
- A sense of accountability combined with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Basic knowledge in other relevant digital project disciplines (e.g., frontend development, SEO, online marketing).
- Fluent/native German skills and very good English skills.
