The website of the world-renowned, Vienna-based Research Institute of Molecular Pathology, www.imp.ac.at, was redesigned based on IMP’s new corporate design and communication strategy, and implemented in TYPO3. The launch restructured and revised the existing content.
The image concept combines scientific subjects with "Tiny People" to exemplify the claim of originality and diversity.
The new institute building and state-of-the-art infrastructure are fittingly displayed.
Particular attention is given to a clear and modern presentation of the work done by all research groups, with a brief biography of group leaders and a presentation of team members.
The research areas and publications of the group are presented clearly.
Integrated microsites of the research groups can be created independently and maintained with their own authorization in the editorial system.
A summary and joint presentation of all event types, in an event calendar including a category filter and category marking, shows the diverse activity at the institute.
Career opportunities and support services for students and researchers underline the research activities of the institute.
Events, Publications and People Finder are imported via interfaces and thus facilitate the editorial support of very complex content.
